Fine Tuning Experiential Skills in Schema Therapy - Live 2 Day Intensive

The use of experiential techniques is a essential component of schema therapy. Techniques such as schema mode work, Imagery rescripting and chairwork are powerful mechanisms for change. However, many clinicians note that they wish to develop greater confidence in using such techniques
This live intensive training will be conducted over 2 days. It will focus on ways to fine tune and improve skills related to experiential techniques. The training will be small in size (under 20 people) and have ample time for role play and demonstration of skills. The training can also be used towards certification in schema therapy.
- Improve Imagery rescripting skills
- Assist skills in managing impasses, difficult circumstance in imagery work
- Develop skills in schema mode work and mode work using chairs
- Develop skills in chair for for motivation and application for addiction and grief.
Day 1 centres on Imagery rescripting and imagery work
Day 2 centres on the use of mode work and chair work in schema therapy
Skills Videos demonstrating skills in imagery, mode work & chair work will be available to view on demand for 16 weeks following the training.
Training can be used towards Schema Therapy Accreditation
