Fine Tuning Experiential Skills in Schema Therapy Live 1 Day Intensive
February 27 (2023)
The use of experiential techniques is an essential component of schema therapy. Techniques such as schema mode work, Imagery rescripting and chairwork are powerful mechanisms for change. However, many clinicians note that they wish to develop greater confidence in using such techniques.
This live intensive training will focus on ways to fine-tune and improve skills related to experiential techniques. The training will be small (under 20 people) and have ample time for role play and demonstration of skills. The training can also be used towards certification in schema therapy.
- Improve Imagery rescripting skills
- Assist skills in managing impasses, and difficult circumstances in imagery work
- Develop skills in schema mode work and mode work using chairs
- Develop skills in chair work for motivation and application for addiction and grief.
